Announcing AIP Mentorship – Your Group Coaching Membership Program

I am SUPER pleased to announce the official launch of AIP Mentorship, your members-only Facebook coaching group. A place where you can confidently continue to personalise your AIP caper and stay on track in a private environment filled with like-minded fellow AIPers who share similar health goals.

AIP Mentorship is LIVE!

You probably already know that I’m a committed AIPer. This Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) healing framework has quite literally changed my life, along with the lives of so many others.

Back in 2016, I had a need to recalibrate my AIP efforts; to bring them right back to basics. At the time, I had been following my personalised version of the protocol for almost 3-years. And while there were (and are!) an increasing number of resources available to those just starting out on AIP, there wasn’t anything available for people like me – someone well versed in the protocol who needed a jumpstart… a ‘reset’, if you will – after straying a little too far when life got in the way.

And so, as a former The Paleo Mom consultant who is committed to living an AIP way of life, I decided to create one – a place where seasoned AIPers could come to recalibrate their AIP efforts by taking things back to AIP basics.

AIP Reset was born.

Since then, the 30-day program has gone on to became a go-to resource for those seeking a focused supportive and engaging group of AIPers with shared goals. It provides a safe and private online community to help reinforce the key principles of AIP over a full month, while also allowing you to focus on the specific ‘problem areas’ you are experiencing at the time.

And, many AIP Resetters come back a second (or third or fourth) time. The AIP Reset community continues to grow, as more like-minded AIPers join in to lift each other up during times of challenge and share in celebrating the wins. The program runs several times a year.

But, AIP Resetters told me they wanted more…

This healing caper can be isolating, can’t it?

It doesn’t have to be!

AIP Mentorship is the result of all the feedback I have received from past participants of AIP Reset. My resetters told me that AIP Reset is just the ticket for a targeted ‘back to basics’ approach when the AIP framework is in need of a booster shot, but they missed the ongoing camaraderie, accountability and live interaction during the ‘in between’ months.

I listened to what they’ve told me and let it bubble away for a little while…

Now, I’m so excited to share my vision for an inclusive, informative and encouraging group coaching space with you.

AIP Mentorship.

AIP Mentorship is an ongoing membership for those focused on living and continuing to develop their personal AIP way of life. It is a private place where you can be yourself, safe in the knowledge that you have AIP friends from around the globe who understand and share in your health goals. And, it is facilitated by me – a certified health coach who lives and breathes an AIP way of life.

“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: ‘What! You too? I thought I was the only one.” – C.S. Lewis
