COMMUNITY

Some of the bloody fabulous AIP Mentorship crew meet up in New York in October 2019.

COMMUNITY

Let me introduce you to the COMMUNITY segment of your Wheel of Health.

If you’ve been following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) for any time, you already know that we human beings are designed to connect, and that this is vital to our health.

But when it comes to how COMMUNITY fits into this wheel of health, it’s more than that. One of the most special and often unexpected side benefits to this AIP framework is the wonderfully supportive community you stumble upon. And this is represented here.

Because this community is #bloodyfabulous. It is a place to be safe and free of judgment; a place to connect with people who get ita place to remove the isolation that often accompanies chronic illness (and incidentally why I became a coach and mentor.

You’ll find lots of information about community on this page, but I encourage you to check on my Friday sunrise chickens (they’re FREE), AIP Reset and my AIP Mentorship membership group.

We all have times when life is less than peachy…
But, coping when life is less than peachy is even more of a challenge if you have the added bonus of chronic illness. I’ve got some solutions to help when the shizzle has got tough.

The Idea of Community and Why it Matters for Your Health

It’s very easy for those of us who suffer from chronic illness to crawl into our respective caves and hide from the world. Especially as we navigate just what our personal symptoms mean. Let’s face it, when you’re deeply fatigued, in pain, experiencing the stress of diagnosis (or yet to be diagnosed) and doing your best to live an AIP way of life – the thought of facing people can just seem too damn much.

Do You Need to Calm the Fajizzle Down?

I’ve got an exciting bit of news today!
