Serves: 8
  • 1 cup (250mls) plain or peach flavoured kombucha*
  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  1. Wash, de-stone and roughly chop your peaches. Throw into the bowl of your food processor.
  2. Add kombucha and lime juice. Whizz until smooth.
  3. Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
  4. Pop into the freezer until frozen - about 6 hours.
Plain iced tea can be successfully substituted but your yummy popsicles will not have the same probiotic qualities
