In my second video we tackle My Top 5 Tips for Improved Health.
In my previous life, before I discovered the Autoimmune Protocol framework and what it could do, I spent 20-plus years working in human resources. Some of the skills I brought from that time are very relevant to my coaching practice. I remain a fan of tools and frameworks that simplify. Even if the over-arching concept is complex, I like things that are easy to understand. I like to be able to break a healing protocol down into manageable, bite-sized pieces…
“If you can’t explain it to a 6-year-old, you don’t understand it yourself.”
— Albert Einstein
Albert had it right when he suggested we should be able to explain things in a way that a 6-year-old can understand it. Any sort of healing protocol can feel overwhelming at the beginning (and, that feeling can resurface at most inconvenient times!)
As human beings, we process and implement change best when we can set our personal goal-posts just far enough away to be a stretch, but not so far that we feel that we’ve failed before we’ve begun.
This applies to making changes for improved health, too.
In this video, I share 5 things you can implement this week to start improving your health. They are not exhaustive, but they are achievable. And, if you start here, you are – at the very least – making some positive advances in your health.
The video is just over 15 minutes in length. I’d love you to watch it and let me know what you think.
