Your free Loving Kindness Hand Wash prompter!
A simple, stress-reducing and compassion-inducing alternative to singing the Happy Birthday song in these crazy times – reciting a Loving Kindness mantra instead.
This is my new favourite ritual and I’m not alone! I’ve been reciting my Loving Kindness mantra every time I wash my hands and I have to say – it’s kind of helping me to calm my fajizzle down a smidge. I’m hooked.
To help me remember the mantra. I’ve created a wee post-card sized prompter for my bathroom mirror.

HOW TO SPEAK DOWN UNDER
The Repository for my WEEKLY Words expressions from down under
I’m a bit of a logophile. A word nerd, if you will. I like interesting words. I’m also a New Zealander (Kiwi). That means I talk differently to most of my readers.
For quite some time over on my Joanna Frankham Coaching Facebook page I’ve been sharing some of my nerdy word finds on social media. A bit of a non-health-related quirk. And then, early in 2020 I’ve received some feedback that you would like to see more colloquial words and expressions in my word shares.
Happy to oblige, I started doing just this – sharing Aussie and Kiwi words and expressions. For the fun of it. And, so that if you ever visit, we’ll understand each other!
and a quote that resonates with whatever topic we happen to be looking into. This is the repository for my words (in case you are in need of a refresher!)
NUTRIENT DENSITY NUGGETS
You may well be asking, “What are these nutrient density nuggets of which you speak, Jo?”
I explain all in this very brief video –>
Since we can all do with a bit of a nudge to make healthy choices that serve us, I’m sharing some of what I’m doing in a weekly video-nugget.
If you’d like to join me live, they take place on Wednesday mornings, Sydney time, on my Joanna Frankham Coaching FaceBook page. And, if you can’t make the live session, you can find all the recordings by clicking on the button…

QUOTE OF THE WEEK
The Repository for my Quotes of the Week!
I’m a lover of words… A logophile, even. And, every week over on my Joanna Frankham Coaching Facebook page, I share a quote and a word that resonates with whatever topic we happen to be looking into. This is the repository for my quotes (in case you are in need of a refresher!)
