Your free JFC Soup Equation download
I make a batch of this Soup Equation soup every week.
Now, I’m sharing it with you – your recipe-free, gut healing solution to getting more nutrient dense, seasonal vegetables into your day. My Soup Equation makes the whole process SUPER easy.
And, it’s Autoimmune Protocol-friendly, Paleo, Wahls Protocol and Whole-30 compliant, too.

Values are important… Especially, personal values.
And, how your values align with your life decisions will affect how you feel about your life in general. And, how connected you are. Whether you consider your life meaningful.
Values come before goals. They are what inspires and motivates us to work towards our goals. Aligning with your values is all about being present and paying attention to what you’re doing. Right now.

My morning ritual is one of the best things I’ve added to my personal health toolbox.
In this free Create Your Personal Morning Ritual video series you’ll:
- Understand why having a very intentional morning ritual is such a good idea for your health.
- Discover what some famous morning rituals look like (including that of Sarah Ballantyne, The Paleo Mom)
- Learn how to build a simple morning ritual into your day (beginning with my 3-minute baseline ritual that you can do from the comfort of your bed!)
- Come away with a FREE downloadable workbook to help you personalise your morning ritual
QUOTE OF THE WEEK
The Repository for my Quotes of the Week!
I’m a lover of words… A logophile, even. And, every week over on my Joanna Frankham Coaching Facebook page, I share a quote and a word that resonates with whatever topic we happen to be looking into. This is the repository for my quotes (in case you are in need of a refresher!)

Hello lovely Catharina – we’re officially global! I’m waving back… Can you see me? X
We need a Melbourne page 🙂 I get my plantains from Footscray market. They also sell taro and cassava for more unusual compliant starches and jicama.
I also suggest checking out the “open food network” to search for farmer’s selling direct. In fact OFN started in Australia and are now in UK, Scandinavia, Canada and France.
